Jessica M. Pannell, Esq. is an experienced estate attorney who has been providing smart, thoughtful estate and trust planning and administration for 17 years. A partner at the law firm of Conway & Pannell, PLLC since 2008, Jessica is passionate about protecting our right to age with dignity and to control our legacy. She works tirelessly to clearly communicate each client’s wishes in planning documents and to administer trusts and estates in strict accordance with each client’s choices.
Jessica is a highly rated speaker who regularly leads seminars at wealth management conferences, government agencies, and Wealth Counsel, a professional association of estate attorneys, as well as leading practical, interactive workshops for clients of Conway & Pannell.
An adjunct legal advisor to the Cancer Center Book Project, a non-profit support program for cancer survivors, Jessica also serves on the Legacy Planning Advisory Committee of the Virginia Hospital Center Foundation and is co-chair of the Advisory Board of the Women’s Health and Empowerment Circle.
Jessica was awarded a bachelor’s degree in psychology from North Carolina State University in 1996 and graduated with honors from the University of Maryland School of Law in 2001. She is admitted to the bar in Maryland and Virginia.
Jessica resides in Herndon with her two daughters and is active in the local community and her daughters’ school. She has competed in a number of local events including the Army Ten-Miler, Cherry Blossom Ten Mile Run, and Wilson Bridge Half Marathon, and is an avid fan of her Peloton.
